Jan Rayman, CEO, leads strategic business development and operations initiatives. A native of the Czech Republic, Jan also directs research and development activities with the European inventors of ReWall technology and with several US universities and testing centers. He earned a Master's Degree in Economics from Pardubice University in the Czech Republic. Jan gained valuable firsthand experience regarding the lack of eco-friendly, durable building materials in the US market during his assignment with a U.S. construction and remediation company in the early '00s. Jan's vision combines the European recycling experience with ReWall technology to provide a product like no other in the US building materials marketplace. Jan also formed and ran his own environmental staffing company prior to the formation of The ReWall Company and co-owns a CrossFit Affiliate.
Toby Davis, Sales Manager, brings 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the housing industry. His past housing experience includes modular construction, mortgage financing and flooring sales. He is responsible for building effective relationships with key decision makers and maximizing profitable sales growth. Toby earned his bachelor’s degree from The University of Iowa. A Des Moines native, he is an active member of the community and volunteers with the Southwestern Hills Neighborhood Association.
David Phillips, Chairman of the Board, has extensive experience as counsel in matters involving startup businesses, real estate development, hospital development and civil litigation. He is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy, Tufts University and Tulane Law School. David has served continuously on nonprofit boards during his professional career and most recently re-developed the City of Des Moines’ former science center as the new home for Bergman Academy, an award-winning private school emphasizing academics, arts and global philanthropy in a small class setting. He is also the co-author of A Coin on the Tracks: Can Big Money and Politics Derail Judicial Impartiality through Election Spending?

Jan Lambert, President and CEO of First Fiber Corporation of America. Jan has an extensive history in the manufacturing of recycled paper, merchant sale of fine paper, pulp, pulp substitutes and the collection, sorting, agglomeration, screening and processing of secondary fiber (waste paper) derived from the solid waste and post-industrial stream. Founded 1986, FFCOA is a paper merchant and direct mill provider of secondary fiber to more than 17 mills in the U.S. and Asia. FFCOA is in the business of taking large future ‘physical’ commitments for delivery of baled, graded fiber for sale to converters and paper mills in the unregulated marketplace where traders engage in short and long term supply contracts. Waste paper is Jan’s core business. He manages sales of 8-12 different grades of waste paper including pre- and post consumer, post-industrial, high grade pulp substitutes, ground wood, and niche grade specialties such as poly-coated paper.
